Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern the sale of tickets for the Caftan Défilé Nantes 2026 event on the caftandefile.pro website.

Tickets: the ticket is nominative and carries a unique QR code. It is valid for the chosen formula on the dates of the event.

Payment: secured by Stripe. No banking data is stored on our servers.

Refund: possible up to 30 days before the event, excluding service fees.
